Preparing for Mass Gatherings present host countries with an invaluable opportunity to raise their preparedness and their compliance with IHR (2005) and other international instruments by improving existing health systems. Functioning critical infrastructure is particularly important preparing for Mass Gatherings, and, especially, during the COVID-19 response, not only for public health and safety but also for community well-being. Therefore, it is very important to have sufficient materials and instrumental resources for functioning safety/security infrastructure for each Partner Country.
PRECA project is aimed to ensuring that Mass Gatherings’ stakeholders are properly resourced to respond to potential public health risks.
